HorseFlex Liver Support Detox is a supplementary feed for horses to support the liver, kidneys and immune system.
A herbal mix to support the cleansing action of the liver and kidneys, with a stimulating effect on digestion and metabolism. In addition, it supports the natural removal of waste products and contributes to a strong immune system. Great during the change of seasons or after using medication, deworming or illness.
When do you give a detox?
During spring and autumn, horses have to go through many changes such as shedding, change of temperature, less or more exercise and a change of ration. The horse's body then produces a lot of free radicals (waste products), which need to be broken down by the liver. Therefore, spring and autumn are intensive periods for the liver and kidneys, among others, and therefore ideal for a detox. HorseFlex Liver Support Detox supports the natural cleansing action of the liver and ensures proper kidney function. It supports the natural removal of waste products and therefore helps to cleanse the horse's body. Very suitable after the use of medication, a worming cure or when your horse is prone to summer jitters.
HorseFlex Liver Support can easily be given over the feed. You may moisten it slightly if necessary so that the powder is not blown out of the bowl.
Horse or pony up to 350kg: 10 grams - 1/3 scoop per day
Horse over 350kg: 20 grams - 2/3 scoop per day
When your horse or pony needs to get used to the product, you can also build up the dose slowly or divide it over 2 times a day.
This product can be given both as a cure and long-term. When given as a cleansing cure/detox, the duration of treatment is about 4 weeks. When the product is given for a longer period, it is advisable to have a stop week after every 6 to 8 weeks, so that after the stop week the 'stimulus' is offered again.
